The publication ’Ons Kookboek’ is a variant on the famous Dutch cookbook ’Ons Kookboek’. This project is the attempt to come up with a theory for the food of the future. The focus lies on food structures and the effect of food on the mental state of a human being. Each book cover is silkscreened and there are six different color combinations. The book was also bound manually. This project was accomplished in collaboration with Line Broeckx, An Onghena, Silke Van Dyck and Jasper Joris.
